I’m not sure who was on shift at 1:45am on June 22 2026 but I was not aware that yall close 15min before yall actually close. Also it was very obvious that they tried to stiff us when the Ai cut out as we were ordering and it wouldn’t come back on.

Chips taste like bunt butter every other time I eat here. I don't know if they are burning degrees or just not changing it or what. Service is also very poor,with the food looking crushed and falling out of the wrapper. I should also mention it was 10:30 am and I as the only customer its not like they were busy or had been open long at all. Get better management

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. I had a much better experience there than I did at the location on Florida Ave. in Mandeville a few days later. I had to wait 40 minutes for my food there after ordering it through the app.

Don't go here, it's a waste of money. There's a real Mexican restaurant nextdoor, bet the appetizer menu is cheaper and better. This Taco Bell location will serve you pre-made food that's stale and cold. I literally made my order and in 10 seconds from pulling up, got my food. There's too many options around them for them to be that bad.

Omgg so unorganized, everyone has a bad bad bad attitude, i sat here and watched them burn cheese on a taco and scrapped it off and took the spatula and scraped the spatula on the side of the GARBAGE CAN!!!! DISGUSTING, absolutely will be calling corporate!!
If i could rate less then 1 star i would, completely butchered my order and gave me a bowl of rice with like 3 beans in it, the manager was completely useless and wont give me a refund i strongly suggest going somewhere else for your food.

We ordered two 7 layer burritos and two hard shell tacos and they were the nastiest tasting food we ever got from Taco Bell. The burritos were 50% raw onions and the tacos had about a teaspoon of beef in them. We ate about a quarter of the burritos and threw the rest away.
