They were out of cups, and you couldn't order a meal that included a drink. Just ridiculous 🙄 the only sauce available was Fire!! They truly need some help with supplies at this location.

Easy to find location and clean outside as well. Restroom was clean too. This location prefers you to use the kiosk.. I believe that's why no one greeted upon entry either. (4 stars- not a good way to get people to use kiosks)I'm like most people across the country.... I want to come in, look at the menu, tell someone my order, pay, get my number and wait. The kiosk is a bother almost. Food was good, fresh, and hot as well.

Something needs to be done about the night time crew at this location. They can't seem to get the orders out. There were four or five employees working Saturday night and the line was wrapped around the building and cars parked in the front waiting. The guy that was at the window was losing it. This is not the first time I have encountered this.

I got a burrito Supreme extra red sauce, when I took it home there was no lettuce, no sour cream, it was a hot mess. Looked like a can if busted biscuits. 😳 come on Taco Bell. You guys used to be awesome, I didn't even get past 2 bites. Never going back!

This location needs to go under new management asap. Businesses are wondering why sales are decreasing but yet they are staffing these locations with rude individuals lacking people skills. Not to mentioned they don’t want to work and get mad when customers walk through the door. People please stay away from this location - the zero star reviews are legit. This TB is disgusting, the staff is rude and the food is trash. We visited today and I wish my husband would’ve listened to me to stay away from this place. He evidently gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed an order. Only to be disrespected after he witnessed an employee use her gloved hand to text right before preparing his meal. That’s the real definition of cross contamination. Upon bringing his concern to the manager (who’s very rude) the manager gave a sarcastic remark and simply holler to the employees to change their gloves. My husband asked for his food to be remade - a legitimate request after witnessing a food violation. The rude manager (Frederick) said we ain’t remaking anything & refused to give a refund. I see why people repeatedly get sick after eating at these fast food chains. The employees are trash and food sanitation is totally dismissed. As a health professional I know the seriousness of cross contamination. Phones are full of bacteria including (E. Coli) from people using the bathroom & lacking hand washing ethic. Stay away from this place it will save you a visit to the ER.

Staff at this location has horrible and disrespectful attitudes. We just happily left as they refused to serve us as we walked in at about 9:40 in the lobby. Maybe they should lock the doors if they want no business then! Won’t return to this location again. We gladly ate elsewhere :)
