They screwed my whole order up. When I got home I was missing most of my food. I tried to call and no answer. They are completely rude. I come back to the store and they act like I was bothering them. Completely disappointed!! All of the employees were high as hell as well. Upper management needs to fire the whole damn crew. Someone needs to call me about this!!!

This taco bell has good fast food. But the customer service isn't great due to having to order on a screen which takes customer longer to place that ordering with a human being. I'm not a fan of losing more of the human element, so may as well skip the lobby and go for drive up window.
Where's the beef?? You can make your own tacos for a cheaper price and more meat!!

First, I do not like Pepsi products in general, but I do like the Dole pink lemonade. This visit, they were out of the Dole lemonade. The kiosk took my order for the lemonade, then I found out they were out. The workers either could not figure out how, or were not willing to give a refund. Either way, I did not get a refund. Second, I waited 20 minutes for my order. Third, all the tables were dirty.

This location has the nastiest rudest employees. They refused to reimburse me for my money after running out of my order. They then proceeded to verbally abuse me, curse me out, and chew me out when I just simply was asking what I could do to get my money back.

We don't live in town, but we've been here twice in the past week. The food is good, but really Jaquavis is the star of this review. l've never meet anyone like him at a fast food restaurant. He remember us, friendly greeting, likable, polite, with above and beyond with service. This young man deserves a raise and to be made manager. Super impressed!

I placed a mobile order on my phone ahead of time and added extra meat to 5 out of the 6 items in my order no one was in the drive thru or dine in I placed it for dine in waited 20 mins for my order and it had been sitting on a shelf getting cold after opening it up my gf and I looked through the items and none of them had any extra meat I am not one to complain that often as I am not a confrontational person however my girlfriend decided to go up to the counter and asked politely if they could add some meat to a container so they didn’t have to remake it they said alright and before handing the meat to us proceeded to call my girlfriend fat ass and she just walked away and we left not eating any of the food as we felt so sick from a employee talking to us like that I did not get the employees name as mentioned before I am not a confrontational person but I feel like I should put this out for everyone to see my girlfriend is very self conscious and when she got into the car started crying we will never eat at this taco bell again

They will mess up your order every single time. They're rude. And don't speak to you with any form of respect. They have attitudes like your doing them a disservice by making them do their jobs. No manners, no please, thank you, hello, goodbye, they just take your form of payment and are completely silent even if you extend greetings and thank yous. Food doesn't taste as good as other tacobells. Shells are always stale. Not well prepared. Tacos are 1/4 filled. Burritos are always falling apart and partially filled and the prices are ridiculous. I spent $12 for a burrito supreme and 3 hard tacos and as always was shorted a taco and all items were under filled and falling apart. I will not return. I'm done with them.
