My daughter loves to go get her frozen yogurt so we went with her Great Dane service dog. I was also purchasing a cup of yogurt for her service dog. The dog did not get close to the counter or anything. The male manager came out and gave us the death stare and then told my daughter she had to take her SERVICE DOG OUT!! So I will now find another place to go and it was unnecessary as there was only 1 other customer there

Always delicious though it is getting expensive. The flavors are pretty good and they have all the good toppings except banana. Love the pies too.
I don’t understand why there are these fricken small cups I have to use after multip try’s trying to get a bigger cup and being denuded my privileges I just got a miniature size of my order I proceeded to pay while they look me up and down as my cookie dough falls from my cup onto the scale because of the space I had to deal with trying to fill myself with up with yogurt like there judging me and for what I am livid I then asked for them to be Togo and they gave me a lid and I had to fend for myself I had to carry all the yogurt to get out the way put the lids on and put them in the bag like they should be ashamed

what on earth were they thinking with these small cups i am SO frustrated about this and this completely unacceptable. I don’t understand why they changed this. who could do such a thing. i also saw them judge my friend by fat shaming her.
Service sucks and i felt they fat shamed me! Why would they make their cups smaller if they know plump people eat more.I ask for a bigger cup because it says too and i saw a lot and the girl fat shamed me and didn’t give the cup to be this hurt me physically and emotionally.0/10 expectations.

Tried taking my kids for a fun treat and the "manager" was so rude, my kids love fro yo. and mentioned how they didnt want to come back to this location. Unfortunate for a great place with horrible customer service especially from the manager, no excuse as we were the only ones in there at the time.

Very clean inside. The machines were spotless. The toppings were funny and spotless. The young lady was polite and offered samples. I really enjoyed TCBY white chocolate mousse it was excellent!
Dietary restrictions: They do offer low fat yogurt.
Parking: A few spots up front were marked for TCBY only in addition to other parking
Kid-friendliness: Tables for kids to sit at. Nice selection of toppings for kids to choose from like gummy bears sprinkles ect
