I don’t understand why there are these fricken small cups I have to use after multip try’s trying to get a bigger cup and being denuded my privileges I just got a miniature size of my order I proceeded to pay while they look me up and down as my cookie dough falls from my cup onto the scale because of the space I had to deal with trying to fill myself with up with yogurt like there judging me and for what I am livid I then asked for them to be Togo and they gave me a lid and I had to fend for myself I had to carry all the yogurt to get out the way put the lids on and put them in the bag like they should be ashamed

what on earth were they thinking with these small cups i am SO frustrated about this and this completely unacceptable. I don’t understand why they changed this. who could do such a thing. i also saw them judge my friend by fat shaming her.
Service sucks and i felt they fat shamed me! Why would they make their cups smaller if they know plump people eat more.I ask for a bigger cup because it says too and i saw a lot and the girl fat shamed me and didn’t give the cup to be this hurt me physically and emotionally.0/10 expectations.

Tried taking my kids for a fun treat and the "manager" was so rude, my kids love fro yo. and mentioned how they didnt want to come back to this location. Unfortunate for a great place with horrible customer service especially from the manager, no excuse as we were the only ones in there at the time.

Very clean inside. The machines were spotless. The toppings were funny and spotless. The young lady was polite and offered samples. I really enjoyed TCBY white chocolate mousse it was excellent!
Dietary restrictions: They do offer low fat yogurt.
Parking: A few spots up front were marked for TCBY only in addition to other parking
Kid-friendliness: Tables for kids to sit at. Nice selection of toppings for kids to choose from like gummy bears sprinkles ect

Found an ant in my frozen yogurt after stirring my toppings around tonight. When I brought it to the employee behind the counter’s attention & asked for another one, I was told there was nothing they could do, because they couldn’t not verify that it came from their facility. I had been sitting down with my niece for less than 2 minutes. Then I was told to just “scoop it out”! Extremely unprofessional & unsanitary. Threw the cup away.

A stop here is always a treat! Great little frozen yogurt shop with tons of tasty options. I love their waffle cones and walnuts in syrup with the chocolate & vanilla swirl or going all out with all the various chocolate topping options and hot fudge, or keep it simple with some sorbet and fruit toppings. Another great option is the Oreo shiver with whipped cream! They do also have regular scoop ice cream for those who don't like soft serve.This establishment has changed alot since I was young, but I'm glad there's a location in Covington and the frozen yogurt is still delicious! This location is typically pretty clean and well lit, it can get a bit crowded if there's alot of customers because it's a small store, but for the occasional late night summer treat it's definitely worth it! Also they do pies, so treat your family to a turtle pie because it's amazing!
Always delicious though it is getting expensive. The flavors are pretty good and they have all the good toppings except banana. Love the pies too.
