I waited to post this review because I was really upset about the situation and wanted to let myself cool off- but honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed with a dining experience and a manager before.
We order takeout through Texas roadhouse typically at least once a week, but we decided to eat in the establishment this weekend.

Place stinks, bar was sticky, guess they don’t do much cleaning. Baked potato about room temp, burger the same, cheese was cold. Medium was red inside. Up the prices .50 and use it to clean the place.
Where to begin. Food took hours and I’m not exaggerating about two hours and 15 minutes for the entire table to get meals. It was not until we won’t found a manger that I food came out five mines afterwards. Then when you go to the bathroom there’s an employee in there with his shirt up. Just disgusting..
