Made reservations 2 weeks ago and the day before Valentines Day. We were seated at the kitchen door with busy wait staff traffic. Food was not impressive. Bland, not even seasoned with salt. The atmosphere is creative but we didn't go for visuals, we wanted a memorable Valentine's lunch. Not our best choice.
Friendly service, good food, reasonable prices.
This place is great. Floor to ceiling stuff to look at. I was so busy looking around that I couldn't focus on the menu, so I asked our waitress, Isabella, to surprise me and just bring me whatever she likes. And it was amazing. I had the quiche and a cute little pot of a really good tea. And everything came on adorable plates, and really fancy tea cups and saucers. It was so much fun that I'm going back for my birthday.

The English Tea Room & Eatery offers a delightful dining experience with a wide selection of teas, small plates, and classic English dishes. Guests can enjoy a cozy atmosphere, reminiscent of an English home, with themed rooms named after the Royal family. The menu features a variety of teas, including Monks Blend, Morning Rain, and White Blueberry, as well as dishes like spinach & artichoke quiche, eggs Benedict, and shrimp bisque. The restaurant is known for its fantastic tea selection and friendly service, making it a popular destination for both casual meals and special events. The atmosphere is fabulous, and the tea varieties are amazing. Visitors often praise the best scones anywhere, and the overall experience is enhanced by considerate and courteous staff. The food and drinks are excellent, though service can sometimes be slow. Despite occasional issues like the Welsh rarebit being unavailable, guests frequently recommend making reservations, especially on weekends, to ensure a relaxing and memorable visit. The tearoom is also very kid-friendly, perfect for tea parties, and wheelchair accessible, making it suitable for all guests.
