Obsessed with this place, always worth the drive from New Orleans for a quaint afternoon tea. The banana split and apple pie a la mode are the BEST, I always take at least 1 bag home.

Tea and food were good. Clotted cream a bit loose. Server provided no information on how it worked and then at the next table they had they not only got full explanation but service without trying to flag someone down.

This is my go to place to have quiet lunches with friends and family while sipping delicious tea and enjoying scrumptious food!

Table was not ready for our reservation and was hurriedly cleared. Our settings were placed on a dirty table cloth. Were seated next to the phone booth which brought multiple noisy groups of people to take photos during our meal. The floor area outside of the bathroom next to the kitchen was dirty and garbage piled up and overflowing. When pressing the toilet handle to flush it sprayed water on my hand. Our server was very nice but either overloaded or just slow or maybe it was the kitchen. After our main meal we ordered scones which took a half hour to arrive and when they did my daughter's order had the wrong flavor. We didn't say anything because by now we were just ready to leave. The server was apologetic for what he recognized was a poor experience for us.

The English tearoom is a charming little place to spend time with friends/family while enjoying a lovely pot of tea (or two). Prices are reasonable, food is good, presentation is nice and the tea selection is unmatched. We had brunch here for my boyfriend's birthday and had a wonderful time. He loved the experience. Thank you!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Very welcoming, and food is great! Love coming with my mom! I suggest the shepherds pie with the house dressing for the side salad. FYI: If you want a quiet area, I suggest an outside table or a table in the sanctuary room.

It was a nice little little break to sip on tea, eat salad sandwiches in the peaceful garden, contemplate life, and listen to the chirping of sparrows..

I do love a cute place with a theme that is serious. I had the Mr Darcy tea that had notes of cherry and dark chocolate, because I do love Mr Darcy! I had the Birmingham bake, which was eggs, cheese, bacon topped with cheese and bacon, a side of fruit and a croissant. The service was perfect, the prices were very reasonable. There are a few steps up, but there was a handicap lift on the side. I will definitely come back.

Holy tea!! So many options! The tea list is a book and you can try as many as you'd like, priced per person. Food options are abundant as well. We went with our local family and we'll make this a regular stop on our visits. Well done! And pricing is very reasonable!

Very quaint and comfortable atmosphere. The food is very good and oh how I love the scones.
The little nipper is perfect for young ones.
Such a relaxing way to spend the afternoon.

I went on a Friday afternoon with my niece to have the traditional tea service. It was so lovely and everything was delicious! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to deciding! I wish we could have had bigger stomachs to try everything. :)

What a brilliant find…fab cafe/restaurant
Amazing amount of Englishness from the 5 pages of numerous teas, paintings, photos and memorabilia…all around the Royal family, Toby mugs, and named rooms/areas of the restaurant.
Food was amazing, menu has plenty of favourite English cream teas and sandwiches.
Service from the server was impeccable.

This is an amazing experience for any tea lover. The fact that they have over 50 teas, probably closer to 100 to try, makes me want to return later to try them all.

For my tea lovers out there i would highly recommend the Baroness Grey and St Paul's London breakfast for the Black tea. I would recommend the Pai Mu Tan if you want the White Tea.

I loved the way the tea is priced. It's unlimited tea but you buy the kettle at 7 dollars per person at the table. You can then order teas as you see fit.

If you are eating with a group I would recommend someone order the High Tea Service as that comes with one kettle of tea and allows for quite the assortment of food.

Last but certainly not least, I would recommend trying the scotch egg. So good and very filling.
