Absolutely amazing! The staff made my birthday feel truly special. The atmosphere is very welcoming with amazing service to go along with it.The multiple antiques within the building and the surrounding antique shops add to the overall experience!Parking: Limited parking spots outside the official establishment, but there are quite a few street parking spots as well as a large lot a few doors down!Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating to the children to ensure a wonderful stay including letting a young girl pick her own pink tea cup, it was a very nice sight to see!

Dear manager,I went to this place with a friend and had a reservation for a month. My youngest kid didn't have school that day, which I totally forgot about, so we had an unexpected third. We showed up hoping for the best, and they said we wouldn't be able to sit at our table. There were empty tables inside the half filled restaurant, but those were "reserved." And pulling up a chair wouldn't be an option. We would have to sit outside on the sidewalk table, knowing it was looking like rain. We reluctantly agreed. We put in our order, and honestly, the food was mediocre. My son ordered a grilled cheese, and it was still in a solid square, not melted at all. Mine wasn't much better. It then started to rain. They didn't offer us to come inside or be seated under the porch, which had more cover. And we were offered to go boxes and expected to leave. The server was great with all the chaos, but if this is management's desired outcome of a $100 meal, it's rather abysmal. This place isn't worth the time.Dreadfully drenched,A very unsatisfied customer

I went to check this place out since my fiance is British. I really loved the atmosphere and decor. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the veggie korma, and it was delightful. If I am ever back in the area, I will return.

This place was really cute and the tea was good! However, the food was incredibly lackluster considering price we paid for our party. The only thing that was above average tasting was the scones and little cheesecake bites. Paying over $500 (we had a large group) for bland finger sandwiches and chocolate covered strawberries stinks!! I understand it’s a certain amount per person, but the quality and amount of food we received did not even come close to reflecting that price. We probably got around $60 of food in total, but paid over $500

It was so much fun getting to try all the teas and some English fare. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. She’s been several times before and had set my expectations high. I recommend the spiced chai from the chai teas and my wife enjoyed Mary’s Eyes. Also, the clotted cream sounds weird but it was a great topping for a scone.
Service was amazing. Food was great. Chicken salad was delicious. Loved the atmosphere. Tea is unlimited and you can try as many different flavors as you want.
