I had just gotten out of jail I was hungry for almost anything. The waitress act like she didn't even want to wait on us and the place was dirty every table. She had to clear up a spot just so we could sit down somewhere but they were only two other people in the whole place.

Man!!! In all my life I have never experienced such horrible service myself and watched other customers endure the same while many at least 3 other parties walk out because of the incompetence of one employee. The order took much longer than normal and came out wrong. Very dissatisfied. She took orders of other couples and never turned them in an all of a sudden walked out of the restaurant. What's up with tha? This Waffle House is one of my favorites. I will not judge, however this lady really needs to find another profession. Seriously! I thought I was on impractical jokers or something like that and all of a sudden they were going to come out and say it was all a joke. Wow blew me away. You can do better WH.

The waitress asked my sister if she was going to leave her a top before we even got our food. And proceeded to tell her please don't leave me a tip on your debit card because I can't get it right away could you please tip in cash? I was floored! When my sister explains she guess she could but needed change for $100 bill the waitress thought my sister was going to give her the whole $100 bill and followed her to her car . When my sister said oh no ma'am I can't give you that much the waitress didn't bother coming back to see if we needed anything. Even had to get up and get our own to go boxes. Won't ever go back to this waffle house!

Seems like Everytime I goto this waffle house they Never have the country gravy I always try to get with my order, either they ran out or they too busy to make more it's always a different excuse smh

Perfect for a midnight bite when you need to stretch your legs. Wonderful waitress and wonderful service. We apologize for my mother being irritable and counter-jumpy, we’ve been caring for her while she completes her chemo, so she gets very agitated at times with all those wacky chemicals in her system. The staff handled her very well and couldn’t have done a better job. Thank you for being the best Waffle House in this area, and thank you for taking the time to tend to her dietary and compulsive needs :)

This particular Waffle House was so far above and beyond all the other Waffle House locations I've visited over my time, and I've been to MANY. The service was a little slow and slightly out of order, but I still gave 5 stars because it was also totally understandable. It was INCREDIBLY BUSY due to it being a Sunday, and we visited right when church let out. The workers were incredibly friendly and checked in on us frequently even though it was as busy as it was. The food was cooked perfectly as well, which is NOT the case for most other locations. I will definitely be returning to this particular Waffle House location in the future. Thank you for your service.
