Ordered an Allstar breakfast - with a Waffle. Food was brought to table relatively fast.. grits were cold.. and imagine this - NO WAFFLE.. went to check out and told the redhead that took the order, she didn’t bring the waffle.. she then looked over at the booth we were sitting in in like I was lying. So, you don’t remember NOT bringing the waffle in a store filled with 6 people? Every time I go there is always something.

Service was terrible, there was hair and egg shells in our food. Waiters were disoriented and disconnected staring into lala land. They were also vaping over customers. I was utterly disgusted.

I had just gotten out of jail I was hungry for almost anything. The waitress act like she didn't even want to wait on us and the place was dirty every table. She had to clear up a spot just so we could sit down somewhere but they were only two other people in the whole place.

To be told to leave on Easter after having to clean my own table in order for any one to service me- is BEYOND ridiculous. Tell the old women to learn what customer service is.

Man!!! In all my life I have never experienced such horrible service myself and watched other customers endure the same while many at least 3 other parties walk out because of the incompetence of one employee. The order took much longer than normal and came out wrong. Very dissatisfied. She took orders of other couples and never turned them in an all of a sudden walked out of the restaurant. What's up with tha? This Waffle House is one of my favorites. I will not judge, however this lady really needs to find another profession. Seriously! I thought I was on impractical jokers or something like that and all of a sudden they were going to come out and say it was all a joke. Wow blew me away. You can do better WH.
The waitress asked my sister if she was going to leave her a top before we even got our food. And proceeded to tell her please don't leave me a tip on your debit card because I can't get it right away could you please tip in cash? I was floored! When my sister explains she guess she could but needed change for $100 bill the waitress thought my sister was going to give her the whole $100 bill and followed her to her car . When my sister said oh no ma'am I can't give you that much the waitress didn't bother coming back to see if we needed anything. Even had to get up and get our own to go boxes. Won't ever go back to this waffle house!
