During our road trip from Alabama to Texas, we made an unexpected stop at a restaurant that turned out to be a delightful surprise. As we are quite picky eaters, we approached the menu with caution. I decided to try the blackened fish tacos, but when they arrived, I was disappointed to find that they barely contained any fish.

After sharing my concern with the waiter, I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response. The waiter addressed the issue immediately, ensuring I felt heard. To my delight, the manager came over shortly after, displaying a friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help. They quickly rectified the situation, bringing out a new order that was not only plentiful but delicious as well.

In light of the exceptional customer service and the quality of food we ultimately received, I would give this restaurant a solid 5 stars. The prices were very reasonable considering the generous portions and flavorful dishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Without a doubt, I would advocate for this restaurant 100%.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order a burger said no tomatoes she brought it and gave me attitude about not taking it off. She was just beyond ignorant never again

This was my third visit to Walk-On’s, and once again it didn’t disappoint. Our server, Ms. Kayla, was amazing quick, consistent, and attentive. The food was perfect , I’ll definitely be back for a fourth time and many more after that!

Came in town yesterday for dinner to meet up with an old buddy of mine. All around our experience was great. We had the pleasure of having Lauren as our server. 10/10 would recommend. Would also recommend the cookie skillet.

This was our first time dining here, and the food was absolutely amazing. My wife ordered the Catfish Orleans, and I had the Cajundillas both were delicious. The service was outstanding, a solid 10/10. Our server, Kayla G., was incredibly attentive and made the experience even better. We’d definitely love to have her again. The highlight was when she surprised us with a Krispy Kreme bread pudding—such a nice touch! We’ll definitely be coming back.
