I shop here because of the prices, which is the reason I keep coming back. There are barely ever any actual human-run checkouts open, so each week I have to check out my own groceries, which wouldn't be so bad if I only had a few items, not a shopping cart full. Most of the employees aren't too friendly. I have been going to the location on Northshore Blvd in Slidell where their employees are friendly. Also, the personal shoppers always park their carts in the middle of the aisle and never say "excuse me" if they get in your way.

My pickup orders are often delayed or they don’t have what I ordered in stock. Today I tried delivery. It was supposed to arrive between 1-2. Around that time I received notice that my delivery was delayed up to 2 hours. Note I’m basically stuck in my house unable to run errands due to having ordered perishables. This store is the worst. Bet it’ll be delayed even longer because that’s what happens when I order pickup. I think I’ll just pay more and shop where there’s actual customer service.

Some of the workers here don't seem like they are happy with their jobs and have a problem helping you with your shopping needs. The three stars goes to the one shopper they have that is always ready and willing to help no matter how busy she is, Ms. Faith. She has helped me on many occasions and is really the only reason I return here to shop. Thank you Ms. Faith, keep up the good work. Without workers like you, I would be lost!
