This is the worst location in the area. I got entirely wrong items, no sauce for my nuggets as well as a busted sour cream pack for the potato I didn't get.

Ordered a son of a baconator COMBO, only had half a piece of bacon. Didn’t receive my fry. And food was not even warm, let alone hot.
Will not be returning. I can go elsewhere for mediocre food.

I pulled up to the store and no one talk through the drive thru and I waited ..said hello..no answer...waited...said hello..no answer I did that 4 times..so I honked the horn not know what was going on and why no one was saying anything to me..and then a guy came on and started being very rude...hollering and being very disrespectful...I understand they can be short handed but when I said hello all he had to say was im helping a customer right quick and ill be with you in a minute...but no answer from him and he treats people like that..he does not need to be like that to customers..I will never be back there

Terrible experience and I will never be back to this location ever. I came through the drive through. The menu board had a bad glare on it and I asked a question about what came on the breakfast baconator. The man in the drive through was very short and rude. He didn’t want to answer my question. He just kept saying it’s breakfast and I explained to him about the glare and he just said “sausage”. I asked him if it could come on a croissant and he said “uh uh”. And then said the price again. So I was frustrated and said “ok I’ll take that”. He gave me the price and I drove up to the window. I get to the window and handed him my card while asking “why can’t it come on a croissant” and his response was “I don’t know” with attitude and shrugging of shoulders like I was bothering him for being there to buy food at his restaurant. He handed me my drink and walked away. Then a minute later he comes back with my card smashed into the bag of food and just hands it to me without saying anything, so I said “thank you have a good one” and he ignored me so I said “have a good one” and he was looking at me with no response so I said “have a good one” and he just shut the window. Obviously I was a bother to him and I will NEVER be back. Extremely rude. I didn’t even eat the food I paid for because he was so rude I was worried he did something to my food and drink. This is supposed to be a business of selling food and customer service and it might have been the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Oh and I didn’t get a receipt.

Sitting in line 10.mins.so far with only 2 cars in front of me and the first car hasn't even been asked for their order?? No other guest inside... What are they doing??? Sad service.

This Wendy's was quite dirty. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms were not cleaned, there was garbage left on floor and tables in dining area. The food was ok, but they did not attend to detail. Fries were overdone and buns were smashed.

I'm a Paper doll

I ordered two frostys through the Wendy's app. When I got there she tells me they are out of Frostys and that she can give me a cookie. I say no thanks just refund me. She says she can't do that because I paid through the app and I have to contact the "app people". I do this although annoying and 5 days later they ask for more information and say someone will reach out with a "solution". They still haven't. I was never refunded my $5 even though I got no food, was sent a message that my order was ready all to get there and be told they didn't have it. Chik Fil A doesn't have all these issues with their app and so I will stick to going there if I'm in need of something fast. Huge disappointed. They really need to get it together.

This was by far the worst attitude I have ever gotten by service worker, we literally just pulled out of drive through. All we did was make our order and she started yelling back at us through the speaker. I work in the food industry and I can’t imagine talking to someone like that.
