No salt on the fries. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Still got tomato that I didn't want on my sandwich

Wonderful location with good parking plan for New Orleans. No scams like other parking options. Safe and clean. Old New Orleans location with clean and comfortable rooms. Prices are reasonable and one block away from all the good times.

The employees are rude and don’t want to work. I just went through and before I could finish ordering they were trying to give me my total. After I got my food I was missing a large fry and when I walked in they were sitting in the lobby talking. One employee said to put napkins in my bag and the girl who was supposed to be on drive through said not to because they had napkins in the lobby I could grab.
Says open at 9 am. Went in there at 9:15 and a woman came up to me and told me to leave because they weren’t open. I tried to ask her when they would open and she ignored me until I left. Don’t say you’re open at 9 if you aren’t open at 9

This Wendy’s is absolutely awful! My husband and I have lived out here my whole life..and every single time we order nuggets it is a 20 minute process through the drive-thru. My husband and I to avoid the annoying weight in the drive-through will place mobile orders and then we’ll still be forced to wait upon arriving. We were next-door at the pelican car wash for over 20 minutes before attempting to pick up our mobile order. This is outrageous. It is incredibly frustrating that we had to wait over 10 minutes and we still did not get our full order. Then when we call no one answers the phone. I am done with Wendy’s.

Took 15 min before the car at the window got drinks 5 cars back could see window and order area but line never moved 9pm - finally left with no food because it was taking so long. When I pulled out, the first car was actually still there pulled up waiting on food and second car still didn’t have drinks
Looked like only one person working during a fair event - need to do better planning and staffing at this location esp with the fair

I sat there for 12 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and when they finally talk to me, they said four times please give me a second. Nobody has a second to wait for them to do their job. We have jobs to do.

Had to go back through 3 times because they could not get this order right. Then when going back through to let them know they forgot to put something in bag they caught a attitude and was disrespectful.
No customer service skills and typical ignorant workers that don’t show no pride in there work.
