I love this restaurant. I love the roasted chicken, grits, and red beans and rice with andouille sausage. The only complaint I have is the last time I went there, management had the restaurant freezing. I left as quick as I could it was so cold. I asked the server to ask the manager to warm the restaurant up a little bit, but it never warmed up. I'm a person that is usually hot and likes a cool room. The I went, the restaurant was freezing.
A "Must do" for anyone in the area wanting quality fair at overly fare prices! Aunt Marge INSISTS we go to Zea's whenever she visits. ☺️

Love their duck, shrimp, rotisserie chickens, ribs , salads, grits, turnip greens and sweet potato's. We have gotten the steak before and don't recommend it.
Each time I'm here, the food is great! I love the interior too. The bartender the first time i went was amazing and attentive and friendly. Last time was someone else and he wasn't as attentive, but still perfectly fine.

So sad to see how this place has gone so far downhill since my last visit. I used to really enjoy coming in, sitting at the bar, having a good meal, some conversation. Those days are gone. Here's your drink here's your food get out mentality.
Great food with inventive takes on classic recipes. Rotisserie chicken is fantastic.

All the food was delicious. I found the tabels were set very close together. I could have easily been a part of the adjacent tables' conversations. The server was friendly, only down side was it took 20 min to pay. The plates were gone, everyone was done. I told the family they could go next door to get dessert and I would meet them. By the time I finally paid and walked over all of them were done.

Just perfect. Sat at the bar. Bartender top notch. Had a bottle of Cab and the Humus to start. Humus served with pita points (plenty of them). This humus is outstanding and a good portion. We had the Tai ribs. Perfectly cooked and great sauce. Creamy corn grits sinful.

Zeas has always been one of my favorite places to go for a chain restaurant.
Chains are always consistent in service and good quality. This one in my hometown has always been a favorite.
Duck empanadas, twice crispy duck and the Paninis.... Almost everything here is great including the cocktails.
Perfect for just some healthier food options, date night or hanging with friends or crew.
Staff is always friendly and professional so expect to have a great experience
