My server was rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend ordering the duck empanadas because they are awful. Also, the food is bland. However, the atmosphere is nice.

Nice place, has the atmosphere of a 4 star restaurant, but food is barely 3 stars. Chicken was terribly dry, not what I expected from a place that specializes in chicken. Beef was tender but fatty. Never visited here before. Had the red fish and it was so delectably tender. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. At lunch time I was in and out in under and hour. Wonderful red beans and rice too!!

Last three trips there very disappointed. First trip, mediocre service, disappointing food and out of menu items. Next trip mediocre service and mediocre food, again out of menu items. Last trip very disappointing service to the point where it took so long to even order I had to leave and never got to eat. Not sure if it's management, but when you are out of menu items, no standards on food or service it usually is management.

The Thai ribs and the Korean Chili chicken sandwich are sinful. The ribs fall off the bone every time. Corn grits are always a must. I love dining in because the drinks are really good. It's always just a tad too dark in the restaurant for me, but it's still a nice place to go if you want a decent selection of food and drink.
Let me start by saying that the duck empanadas are so good!!!!!! Pricey but worth it! And use the dipping sauce! The Corn grits are amazing too. Everything here is amazing. I have No complaints. Service top tier. Ambiance is nice. Zeas never disappoints.

I was a little disappointed because I checked Google before I went to make sure my favorite appetizer, fried cauliflower, was still on the menu. Well it isn't on the menu in Covington. Maybe it is still in Metairie, Louisiana. But the food was delicious, and the service was absolutely wonderful. Five
