I drove up to order and they told me the wait would be 12 minutes. Been sitting in car waiting for 30 minutes. When person came out to bring food to other car I asked about my order and was told it would be 6 minutes. I told her you told me 12 minutes 30 minutes ago and I was told well I guess you just goi g to have to wait. It is now been 46 minutes and just got my food. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I have to say Dylan has made a big difference in the Crowley Popeyes! He is on point with customer service? I have never felt that appreciated as a customer in a very long time. Thanks Dylan for making us feel welcomed!
