I ordered 12 piece chicken today that was cold, dry, and raw. I contacted the manager to let her know about the food and she said she cooked it herself so it wasn’t possible. She continued to argue and pretty much say that it wasn’t her problem because what I was saying wasn’t true. I drove there with the raw chicken to show her and she wouldn’t come from the back so I waited until she did. Once she saw the chicken was raw she changed her attitude.
