I ordered 12 piece chicken today that was cold, dry, and raw. I contacted the manager to let her know about the food and she said she cooked it herself so it wasn’t possible. She continued to argue and pretty much say that it wasn’t her problem because what I was saying wasn’t true. I drove there with the raw chicken to show her and she wouldn’t come from the back so I waited until she did. Once she saw the chicken was raw she changed her attitude. She offered to cook some more chicken but that’s the last thing I would want from her.

I know they had to grow up on the price but , got less gizzards in the gizzard dinner then usual. This time it seems like it didn't have any seasoning at all,and don't get me started about the rice dressing. It's not the same it's like it has more rice then dressing mix and also no seasoning in it today they must have got a new cook that doesn't know what they are doing.8-4-2

Wheelchair accessibility: I take a friend of mine here. He is in a wheelchair and it happens to be one of the few places in this town that is easy to take him to eat. He also enjoys the zydeco music at lunchtime.

The wife stop here for lunch. She order her a chicken dinner, it was not good i was dry. The thigh way fried so hard she could not eat it. Waste of money NEVER again ? she said. This is the third time we try the food and not impress.

The food dishes are, without a doubt, probably the best in the local area proximity of other same/similar type food eateries, also the prices are consistent with same-like business establishments. Too me, the employees/customer service are always friendly & certainly helpful in helping me decide what to order. Like a kid in a candy store... I'd like to at least 1 item out of them all. A great business for itself & the betterment of The City of Lafayette. Keep doing what you're doing & your business SHALL flourish & prosper in quantities. I will definitely recommend your business establishment to family, friends, or simply the general public when asking me where's a great place to eat with decent prices in a tranquil setting..."Southside Cajun Kitchen...well, of course.
