My family ate the buffet lunch here. Everything tasted super delicious. We all enjoyed our meal. The buffet was all Louisiana/Cajun type food, not spicy. Bread pudding at the end of the row.
We were disappointed not to see the dogs some reviewers mentioned.

Went for a work lunch with a large group, since the buffet is an easy choice. The food was pretty solid, not a ton of options, but a decent variety (not for vegetarian folks have to say!) The staff was super accommodating so I don't want to knock their service, they were fantastic. The room itself is beautiful but it is SO LOUD. Like, I could barely carry a conversation with the person next to me loud. It was honestly just a lot. I don't think I'd go back unless...

It is such a beautiful place with an amazing staff.
We stay there every Mardi Gras before we drive into New Orleans.
Lovely. Quiet and serene.
Watch the peacocks strolling through the garden.
When you visit be sure to bring some tennis balls for Maggie and Dixie.
They are the sweetest dogs.
