“One of the best tours we had. The Houmas House is not only charming but it has a welcoming atmosphere. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable and passionate about the entire history of the plantation manor. I would return to do the house tour again and allow more time to visit the museum as well.”

“Fantastic Turnaround – Excellent Catered Dinner After an off experience on Valentine’s Day… I don’t usually write follow-up reviews, but after an off experience (missing items, quality issues, etc.) on Valentine’s Day, I wanted to share how impressed we were with the follow-up. Kerry Kelley reached out, listened to our feedback, and kindly catered our dinner last night. Everything was spot-on and absolutely delicious—the food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. Highlights included perfectly prepared steak and seafood dishes that reminded us why we’ve loved Mike Anderson’s for years. The portions were generous, everything arrived hot and well-packaged, and the overall experience turned our view around completely. It’s clear they take customer satisfaction seriously and go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you to both the Gonzales Prairieville teams for the great recovery—we’re excited to order again and will definitely be back for dine-in soon. Highly recommend giving them another chance if you’ve had an off experience in the past!”

“Emily and Sophia were absolutely the sweetest and very welcoming at their job. Seven brew has the best coffee, energy, and more. Also if the line looks long don’t fear, it goes by very quick. They’re very good at keeping a rhythm up and speedy. I definitely recommend!! 11/10!”

“We stopped in for lunch. We had the shrimp creole and the jambalaya. It was delicious. Our only complaint is that the potato salad was big chunks of potato and absolutely no taste. It was very white. You can definitely tell it wasn’t made by a creole or Cajun.”

“I will admit that PJ's is my third choice for coffee in the area after CC's and 7 Brew. PJ's hot mocha for some reason is always a bit watery and less creamy and chocolately sweet than my other two choices. But I will say the service is great and the staff are always happy and smiling and friendly. Hardly any wait for my mocha or my breakfast sandwich.”
