“I cannot tell you how absolutely pleased I was with my order tonight. I haven’t had Butter Chicken this delicious in years and over many states. It tastes so similar to the dish I used to get when I was living overseas. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been searching since 2016.Tzatziki is always a must. The baklava? Absolutely stunning. It has to be my favorite I have had to date. Reminds me of my local Mediterranean restaurant I frequented as a kid. The fried cheese was delicious. We also got the shawarma fries and plate.None of this review is over exaggerated. I am quite particular when it comes to food. So thank you for being my new favorite!”

“This sonic has the best service of any sonic I've ever been to. They are fast and also extremely nice. I have been to other sonics where the carhops are rude and you can tell they don't want to be there. That is not the case at all here. The car hops are so friendly, and again very timely about getting you your food.”

“I highly recommend the manager, the food, the entertainment, and the manager running us down across the boulevard when I forgot my purse. He played the piano, juggled his balls, cooked, served us, gave good directions, helped us back out and in general was a nice new friend to meet from mainland China. Sorry I didn’t get his name but go see him. He is a hoot and a half. Barb. He came highly recommended by family locally in Baton Rouge.”

The Turtle bar is a must, they have most every type of high end alcohol that exists. The only improvement needed is the wait staff. There's enough staff, they are simply inexperienced and young. Overall, still worth the experience.”

“We went to Latils Landing during their winter menu. The food was absolutely one of the top 5 meals I've ever had. And that's saying something as I have been all over the world eating great food. The grouper with wild mushrooms was positively sublime. The lobster and sweet potato bisque with truffle oil was a surprising hit. The use of warm water lobster rather than cold water lobster was inspired. The sweet potato needed no additional sweetness and the lobster added a nice texture to the bisque. The waigu beef rib was positively succulent and tender in a way only properly prepared waigu can be. And the balance of salt, spices, and acids was perfect. I will return when the spring menu starts. I'm curious if the chef can keep this level of gustatory performance up.”

“One popular place for locals and visitors. The historic look adds to the feeling of Cajun country. Food was great and you can shop for souvenirs, jerky, and various local specialties. While also see wildlife alligators, and birds etc. Worth taking a break from traveling.”
