Empire Wingz Ascension in Gonzalez serves some of the best wings customers have ever had. The food is cooked amazing, with wings that are very tinder and very juicy. The sauces are really good, with flavors like Cajun Ajun and buffalo redipped. The VJ fries are also excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Nya, Nyah, Yaya, Mani, Chyna, and Charles provide great service, making excellent recommendations and ensuring everything is hot, fresh, and ready. The cashier was very helpful. Customers appreciate the extra mile the staff goes every single time, from making sure ranch is in the bag to blowing socks off with the wings. The lunch special is a great option.
