“I go here almost every evening and play pool the atmosphere is always a joy and the bartenders are lovely. This is more of a family gathering to take the edge off each day after work. I love everyone there!
I also fish here as it’s located on the Conway bayou!
I’ve even seen older kids swimming here. But don’t bring your kids in the bar of course ?”

“this is my reason for living. so good. so fresh. so subway. i’m here at least once a week. makes me feel safe. loved. happy. no other subway can do what this subway can do. it is unmatched. i’d give 6 stars if i could. i will rave about this place until the day i die. staff so good. a bunch of emo high schoolers who make me feel healthy about my garlic herb and cheese bread choices. always a 12 inch. size DOES matter. i love you subway. i’d sleep with you.

“Leaders has been around as long as I can remember. I moved to the Gonzales area in 1988. There is only one negative thing I can say about this business, their fountain drinks are a bit expensive….but they have the best fried chicken in the state….IMO ! I usually get fried chicken and red bean and rice dinner. I will always eat there regardless of their high price drinks.”

“Fantastic Turnaround – Excellent Catered Dinner After an off experience on Valentine’s Day… I don’t usually write follow-up reviews, but after an off experience (missing items, quality issues, etc.) on Valentine’s Day, I wanted to share how impressed we were with the follow-up. Kerry Kelley reached out, listened to our feedback, and kindly catered our dinner last night. Everything was spot-on and absolutely delicious—the food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. Highlights included perfectly prepared steak and seafood dishes that reminded us why we’ve loved Mike Anderson’s for years. The portions were generous, everything arrived hot and well-packaged, and the overall experience turned our view around completely. It’s clear they take customer satisfaction seriously and go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you to both the Gonzales Prairieville teams for the great recovery—we’re excited to order again and will definitely be back for dine-in soon. Highly recommend giving them another chance if you’ve had an off experience in the past!”
