Have been here several times so far and will continue to give them my business. I haven't found a dish that I haven't liked.The tonkotsu and spicy (? mild to ?? moderate spice level) miso ramen are very flavorful. But, I cannot get enough of the Soboro Dang Dang Noodle! So good and has a nice spicy kick to it, if you can handle it (?? moderate+).Full bar and a solid compliment of sake, if you are into it.Support local!
Really fantastic spot. Best ramen I've had in the Baton Rouge area, comparable to ramen I've had in Japan. I had the Daruma Tonkotsu--the chashu pork had a wonderful smokiness to it and the noodles were perfect. Service was quick and friendly. The boba tea was great as well!

Our experience was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional. The decor is aesthetically pleasing. The wait time between ordering and receiving our meal was minimal. Lastly, we enjoyed almost everything we ordered.
