“This place is a must if you are in the area! I has a wide selection of things to choose from and even though it looked busy, we were ablw to get our order in pretty quickly. The staff were all nice and helpful and we got our food well under 10 minutes after sitting down. It was hot and fresh and tasted delicious. Afterward we all had ice cream as we waited out the storm! Which ia free if you order something and dine in!!“

“Had lunch there last week on fried chicken day. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. It’s a large space and was exceptionally clean. Since it was my first time there I approached the cashier and asked how the process works. I could not have approached a friendlier person. She was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. The servers were also very friendly and kept their areas very clean. Got my fried chicken with two sides and a drink. The chicken was exceptionally delicious. So very good. And not greasy- fried to perfection. I had green beans and a peach cobbler as my sides. The price point is very attractive. I’m looking forward to going again.“

“I went through the drive through just now. While handing the girl my card, she was trying to hand me my order at the same time. In the exchange, the bag of food ended up falling to the ground. To me, it was no big deal, but the manager immediately had someone remake my entire order, and even upgraded my side item to a large! This was a pleasant surprise and fun start to my day. The staff at Chic-fil-A Gonzales really went above and beyond, and in my opinion, we all need to be more like that when mistakes happen. Id like to add, I frequent this place every week to other week, and I've never had a negative experience.“

Our waiter Brian L. was really courteous and attentive, even though he was working by himself (as a cashier+waiter), he managed to take care of all his customers with a smile on his face, he made sure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. “Went with a group of ten (six adults, four children) for lunch. Mr Choi (owner) greeted us warmly from behind the counter. The menu has a variety of Italian deli sandwich options and a few specials were available. The Jazz Daddy sandwich (on menu) and chicken melt on Texas toast (special) were excellent! I cannot say enough about how kind the staff were, you can tell that Mr Choi takes great pride in his work. He went out of his way to make sure the kids were comfortable and had a great time. We will definitely be back!
Side note: if kimchi is your thing, make sure to ask about the jars of homemade kimchi available for purchase. Delicious!“

“The food was excellent and Paige Jones was one of the best waiters that I've ever had. She was pleasant and attentive to our needs. I had the tomato basil soup and the chicken salad. It was a great experience. Kudos to Paige, the kitchen staff and everyone at this location.“
