“Maya is the most outstanding crew leader. At one moment she was cleaning tables, then she was taking an order. Moments later she was sweeping the dining area when I stopped to ask about the training at Chick-fil-A. She was so nice and polite and had tons of good energy. I left the restaurant seconds later. Maya was then cleaning the glass to the store's entry.

“I went through the drive through just now. While handing the girl my card, she was trying to hand me my order at the same time. In the exchange, the bag of food ended up falling to the ground. To me, it was no big deal, but the manager immediately had someone remake my entire order, and even upgraded my side item to a large! This was a pleasant surprise and fun start to my day. The staff at Chic-fil-A Gonzales really went above and beyond, and in my opinion, we all need to be more like that when mistakes happen. Id like to add, I frequent this place every week to other week, and I've never had a negative experience.“

“Ever since all the other zaxbys locations shut down this one has really stepped up their game, great friendly service, great food, for a while there i was real skeptical about this place but since its the only zaxbys near me now i have no choice, i will say they have improved a lot, sometimes ill get some hard, cold wings but they always make it right, portions and food have been fire lately, by far one of my favorite food spots ever“

“Went with a group of ten (six adults, four children) for lunch. Mr Choi (owner) greeted us warmly from behind the counter. The menu has a variety of Italian deli sandwich options and a few specials were available. The Jazz Daddy sandwich (on menu) and chicken melt on Texas toast (special) were excellent! I cannot say enough about how kind the staff were, you can tell that Mr Choi takes great pride in his work. He went out of his way to make sure the kids were comfortable and had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Side note: if kimchi is your thing, make sure to ask about the jars of homemade kimchi available for purchase. Delicious!“

“Kids and I love chick fil-a and drive thru always very quick, staff friendly. I fed 5 people today too for 29 bucks, 4 of us got a sandwich and 1 person got a 3 piece tender, so prices are very reasonable, esp in these inflated times we living in. I love the deluxe chicken sandwich with chick Fila sauce, so delicious 😋“
