“Denied access to a legally allowed service dog without any interest in making accommodation. The dog tucked immediately under the table where she is supposed to be and the server (maybe owner) came over immediately asking for paperwork, which isn't required in the United States. Any paperwork provided is typically bought off the internet. Don't waste your time or money here. Sharing their intolerance on every platform. Also just found out that the person who told us we couldn't eat there laughed and tried to joke with the rest of our party and offer free drinks after the fact like that was going to fix splitting our dinner party.“

“Great place for breakfast, menu has changed some what, less omelet selection, grits are a little runner spread out onto the plate looks like more but less. I ordered fish and grits w/eggs. Instead waiter brought me a bowl shrimp and grits with eggs on the side. I ask where is the fish she said oh! Yes came back with the fish. “While I’ll aways recommend, tonight definitely was a damper on what used to hold a top reputation for years for us. We went for our 17th anniversary (just 2 people). And I cannot tell you how many times we kinda got lost in the system and the service was soooo slow! They comp a drink but to be honest- 2 hours for a meal for 2 people is just long. Chocolate dessert seemed to be shrinking in size as well. For a $200 meal for 2, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to repeat the night again. Steak was okay but chewy and my husband’s more expensive steak, lacked flavor. I love ya La Boca but tonight will probably make us wait a bit to return.“

“I haven't been to this restaurant since before Hurricane Katrina. And of course Katrina destroyed so much of the New Orleans area. The restaurant was closed for quite some time after, however they've since added more space and created a beautiful atmosphere. They've added a beautiful bar in the back with great art works through out the restaurant and of course family photographs dating back to it's inception. They even have fantastic family photographs of the late 1,800's!!! Our waiter, Kevin, was very attentive and professional!“

“This is a tiny little restaurant tucked away on Maple. Although small, the food is absolutely amazing. This was my first time and I can not believe I didnt know about it until now. We got the chicken fresh rolls and the shumai to start. Both were absolutely amazing. I got the Thai Sweet and Sour lunch special and it was perfect. “OMG!!! I came to this place on a whim this morning. This is the best food I have had from a cafe joint in a very long time. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese with a Salad and it was DIVINE! Well cooked, nicely seasoned. A pleasant Saturday surprised. I highly recommend this small cafe on St. Claude, located a block from Fredrick Douglass High School. Oh, and the vibes are heavenly.

So I went there at night and talk about major difference!!!
