I ordered take out from here.....2 pepperoni pizzas. And it was just as delicious as I remembered. The first time I've been here in almost a decade, and it's just as damned delicious. No one greeted us upon entry and there was a since of "what are they doing here" from the patrons eating there with the stares we received. Nevertheless we found seating at the bar and the food and wine was awesome. There was an older gentleman sitting next to us and he talked to us most of our stay. Had a ridiculously difficult time deciding on what to eat as the people I was with had been there before and gave me far too many recommendations. But I went with the New York Strip (on a sizzling plate no less) and was glad I did. Very good sized steak, cooked perfectly, with a lovely side of pasta. Everyone was very nice. It was for a birthday and they chilled the bottle of champagne we brought and even let us bring in desserts we bought next door. Highly recommend.
