“Although I absolutely adore all of the locations,this one is very special to me. It’s more of a restaurant than the other ones,and the service seems more personal,like a family type restaurant but with a trendy feel to it.

“I hadan amazing experience at Pond Coffee from the second I walked in I was greeted by the welcoming staff. After exploring the many local roasters and espresso houses this one is my favorite. The bean used to make the espresso has a great depth of flavor without being bitter. Definitely a place to try if you love coffee and espresso.“

“I came here before attending a conference at the Convention Center. Quite a bit of a walk and not super straightforward directions. Would recommend somewhere else for coffee if you are walking but choices are limited in this area. I got the Oji coffee (Japanese drip coffee)? I forget the exact name but it was fine. Maybe it’s because I added sweetener but was not the best coffee I’ve had but it got the job done. Highlight of my visit was Luna, the gold retriever. She greeted everyone and was also very demure by grabbing her own leash and walking around with it. Would come again just for Luna if the customer brings her back.“

“I recently visited a coffee shop while traveling and was captivated by its charming location. The place had a European vibe with its outdoor seating and cozy atmosphere, and the customers were very friendly. I noticed that they allowed dogs inside, which is rare nowadays. Although I didn't have a dog with me, I appreciated this policy. The coffee was decent, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. The scone was fresh but not something I would choose again. However, the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place made up for the average quality of the products.“

“We went yesterday and the wait was 2 hours. Got there a little earlier today and we got in. I’ve eaten at the Uptown location and was so happy they opened up another one that’s closer. It was my daughter’s first time and she said the food is so good and understands why there is a wait.“

“The only con is the fact that breakfast ends at 11 am lol. We cannot recommend bought the brunch wings-actually all of their menu items are awesome. They also change up the specialty donuts. My fave coffee to get is half cold brew half Vietnamese.“

“My family really likes this place. I enjoy the hot Thai milk tea... I have ordered it many times. BUT you need to figure out how to serve it SAFELY and in a cup that doesn't leak. I know most folks don't order hot drinks in New Orleans, but your hot drink cups are messy and dangerous. They leak. Today, I burned my hand on a Thai milk tea that was too hot to hold as I was getting into my car. I had no choice but to chuck the full cup of milk tea into the passenger side to keep from blistering my hand. I let the teenage staff know, but the person who buys the cups and the lids needs to know. You all have to fix this.“

“Came here on our last morning in NOLA and didn’t want to leave. This is the coolest space in New Orleans, hands down.

There’s a back space with greenery that makes me feel like I’m in my own little oasis. And then there’s an indoor space that made me feel like someone was going to get up and perform spoken word any second, so I retreated to the front outdoor space on the street which was almost as great as the outside.“

Food was good, only reason for 4 stars is the avocado toast had a bit too much red pepper tucked under the eggs which surprised my wife with a bit of unexpected heat.
