“This place is a hidden gem! The staff is committed to providing top notch service to their customers. I came in looking for some of their incredible cake donuts with strawberries and blueberries on top (yes- a donut with fresh fruit on top- yum!), and when they didn’t have any in the display case they offered to custom make them for me. While the girls were decorating my donuts, the other customers in the shop were all discussing how this shop is has the best service in town. Amazing donuts and top notch service- kudos to the owner for understanding that his employees are the heart and soul of this wonderful local business!“

“I play video poker when I come and visit I enjoy the atmosphere. But the new young little man seems to be more concerned about getting his tip that he’s gonna confuse himself when making change for someone who’s cashing out the tickets with video poker. He wants to ask questions about how much did you put in the machine and that’s none of his concern but all that because he’s nervous on whether someone’s gonna tip them or not if someone’s gonna tip it’s gonna happen or it’s not gonna happen.“

“I saw this lovely place on Uber Ears and decided to give it a try. I AM HOOKED! Unfortunately I don’t go to that area of town often but I may have to in the future! The Bavarian Cream and Venetian Cream iced coffee drinks are off the chain! But the best is the Wellness Tonic…their signature wellness shot with tonic water and ice! Chef’s kiss!“

“I just wanted to say what an amazing staff you have! My husband and I have been trying to get to drip for a while now and we finally made it. It was a spur of the moment so I didn’t make reservations. We sat at the bar and to see the interactions with the staff warmed my heart! Emily ( behind the bar) was excellent! She was so patient with the staff, while she never stopped working, she still made time to tend to her customers, answer questions for the staff and even teach them how to do things to help. I adore your establishment and wish we would ah e come sooner! But we WILL be back! and you guys will always be a top recommendation for everyone who asks places to go! Your staff from the door to the bar EXCELLENT! Kudos! the desserts and drinks were amazing! Cheers to DRIP and to many more years!“

“We always try to go here when we are in New Orleans. Last weekend we took my niece for her first visit and she left her purse that was filled with all of her makeup. She was so upset because we are 5 hours away and she was starting school this week. I called the next morning and they located the bag and overnighted it to us! What a blessing! That is great customer service.“

“Great place for breakfast, menu has changed some what, less omelet selection, grits are a little runner spread out onto the plate looks like more but less. I ordered fish and grits w/eggs. Instead waiter brought me a bowl shrimp and grits with eggs on the side. I ask where is the fish she said oh! Yes came back with the fish. I told her I had ordered fish and grits, no sir you ask for shrimp and grits. Anyway the food taste good my guess were happy, In the end so was I. 9/04/23.“

“It's the nicest location for a coffee shop in the city. Beautiful homes and a canopy of oak trees on esplanade.Too bad outside is completely infested with stinging caterpillars which they don't seem concerned about even though many customers are being stung.“
