I've visited this place three out of the four days I've been staying in New Orleans, and the food is absolutely amazing. I couldn't get enough of the grits—they were so delicious! The service from all the servers was really friendly and cool. However, I had a bit of a frustrating experience with the hostess. The Cafe Fleur de lis is something for early risers, we had breakfast from 7 a.m. and that was highly recommended, even for vegetarians. The service was very accommodating, the cafe was very good and the atmosphere was very appealing. Everything perfect.
