Yea the balcony is super cute but the food is mediocre and I guess their popularity affords the waiters to not put in any effort or kindness.

Definitely complain that you’ve waited too long and a manager will seat you before others who have waited longer than you. Same party of 3. Still waiting. Haven’t eaten yet and we left because after being seated after 1 hr, we were told the wait for food would be 1 hr. It’s now 1p and they close at 2. Not happy with this eatablishment

Food was good, but it definitely is not "quick" as they say. Additionally, I was in town for work. I did not receive an itemized receipt, which i need for expenses. I have attempted to call several times and no one ever answers the phone. I have emailed probably 4 times now. No one ever responds. It's very poor customer service.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had. Our family of four arrived on Sunday just before the rush. We ordered the Big Easy Breakfast, the Benedict/sub regular bacon instead of Canadian, and two orders of French Toast. All four plates were wiped clean which is an absolute first for us! Hash browns and Grits are to die for. We ordered a second order of Hash browns. Service was great.

Was a little cute spot with good food options. Our breakfast took a little long to come out and it seemed as though the server - who was nice! - was too overwhelmed to get to our table much

My second ever meal in New Orleans was breakfast and it was really really good. I highly recommend this restaurant. The Fleur De Lis Omelet was outstanding! The grits were also outstanding. The other two people in our party both had the Big Easy, which they agreed was worth the visit. We recommend sitting outside if you want to enjoy the view/breeze while people watching!I must note that Sabastian, our Server, was outstanding! We shall return next year.Thank you, Cafe Fleur - de - lis!Food: A+Service: A÷Location: APrices: A

Able to sit at bar upon entry else would have had to enter the decently long queue. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Food took some time to come out and the folks who sat down 5 min after we did got their food before we did. Upon query our food shows up shortly after. Pancakes were good but definitely needed the syrup to be edible and my eggs Benedict over the biscuit were also good but were just warm. For sure the star of the meal were the grits.. i think they said they had cream cheese in them?? Whatever it was was yummy. Overall, we liked our brunch.
The new location is terrific. More spacious and fresh. The food and service didn't change, still awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: Just looking at the location of tables there is adequate spacing to get to all tables.

Best grits in the city!!!! We come here every year while visiting NOLA. They have the absolute BEST grits I have ever tasted. The coffee and bacon are the best also!! The service is excellent. We make sure to always come here, often more than once during a visit. They have outdoor seating overlooking the street too.

The Cafe Fleur de lis is something for early risers, we had breakfast from 7 a.m. and that was highly recommended, even for vegetarians. The service was very accommodating, the cafe was very good and the atmosphere was very appealing. Everything perfect.
