This place is loaded with incredible food options that are healthy while still feel flavorful, fun, and freaking delicious. Cannot recommend the PB&J smoothie and the Southwest bowl enough!!
Really great staff and extremely fresh and delicious ingredients. Breakfast smoked salmon dish was really, really good.
Absolutely everything I’ve had here has been delicious! I love their food.

The Daily Beet — Healthy Bowls, Salads & Smoothies is a locally owned, delightful café for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Whether a tourist or a local, everyone needs a break from the richness of New Orleans food. Salads and smoothies are powerhouses of nutrients and flavor. Every item is fresh with no added sugars. The staff is kind and helpful, and the order is always correct. The smoothies are great, the avocado toast is divine, and the Mexicali Blue salad is especially good. Service is quick, portions are large, and the bright, easygoing vibe is perfect after a night out. A bowl with quinoa, sweet potatoes, eggs, feta, and a yummy garlicky pesto sauce is delicious. Prices are reasonable, truly healthy options in a healthy food desert, and staff takes feedback. The food is fresh, healthy, and so flavorful. (Side note: They do not serve espresso drinks.)
