“We always try to go here when we are in New Orleans. Last weekend we took my niece for her first visit and she left her purse that was filled with all of her makeup. She was so upset because we are 5 hours away and she was starting school this week. I called the next morning and they located the bag and overnighted it to us! What a blessing! That is great customer service.“

“Went through the drive-through and got a turkey egg and cheese croissant. Soooo good! Loving the brown sugar, shaken espresso, too. All for $11?! the drive-through employees were so nice. I temporarily blanked and forgot my order when I pulled up and the employee was nice and patient.😊“

“What a gem of a cafe. The food was outstanding, only matched by the service. The Elvis Breakfast was delicious. The Fried Catfish special was just what my mom was craving. She kept raving about it. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was good, but it needed some ranch. However, I was too hungry to ask. Loved how the tables are spaced apart so you don't feel like you're too close to strangers. The staff was friendly and honest! With that said, my mom forgot something in the ladies' room. The next day she called and they had found it and it was waiting for us. That alone makes us want to come back here. Thanks again!!!!“

“All the food and beverages, and servers are great here, clean seating area, clean bathroom. All is excellent here!
Only downside for this location is traffic and parking. I been here many times and find it better to park further away from the store front, no biggie for me 😉“

“Coffee is always fresh when I’m traveling home—I’m usually leave the city a couple of hours before boarding to take a seat and take care of business matters—I always have a seat to sit at, however, more tables would be ideal when there is an influx of people coming to the airport. Of course the water and pickles were disastrously high but on another note, the pickles were so crunchy and unique.“

“The service at this location was outstanding. I had just arrived on an early morning flight and was looking for a quick breakfast. The Egg McMuffin was the best I've ever tasted! The employees were so nice and attentive. Thanks for the wonderful experience.“

“This store has been having people issues they use to be extremely slow the entire store use to have attitudes. I'm glad they have new managers now one younger manager lady moves very fast she never stops moving. When she's there i know everybody will be in & out she should work every lunch shift. The service is alot better then months ago. She's a keeeper“

“This is the cutest coffee shop!! My Spanish iced latte was superb... seriously one of the best. Skip Starbucks and come to Shiloh's! I also had the ham and cheese panini for breakfast and it was great. The girls working here were amazing! And lastly and most importantly, I love how this coffee shop gives glory to God! The Bible verses, the name of the shop, it's a blessing to see! To the praise of His glory! Forever and ever. Amen.“
