The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because of the young man that took my order. He was energetic, knew about the products and was friendly. However, the rest of the crew acted like they didn't even want to be working there. None of them smiled, once. They rarely even acknowledged the customers that were trying to talk to them about our orders. Then, when a drink was finished, the young girl would simply set it on the counter and walk away. It's very, very hard in Louisiana to find a service location to be consistent.Restaurant, cafe, kitchen, etc. This state is cursed, lol.But they did it here. It looks like this locations management team helps keep their employees happy. Happy employees, happy customers.Keep up the good work, guys !!
The basics are good. Can't rely on the new crew to put in the non dairy as ordered. Specialty coffees take forever right now. Short handed and new, not yet seasoned crew. And what's up with the dry, dry sandwiches, low stocked cooler and specialty beans and ground coffees lack of selection? Bummed. When do we get the updated version in Louisiana? Bistro??? Hello???
