“Hivolt Coffee in New Orleans stands out as not just a coffee shop, but a staple in the local café scene, offering a delightful array of options that cater to the health-conscious without sacrificing taste or portion size. It has quickly become one of my favorite destinations for coffee and more in the city, thanks to its consistently high-quality offerings and welcoming atmosphere. The Oozy Breakfast paired with a latte is my go-to choice, a combination so satisfying that it leaves little desire to explore other options. The dishes here are not only incredibly tasty but are also generous in serving size, ensuring that you leave feeling fully satisfied. The latte, smooth and perfectly balanced, complements any meal choice wonderfully and showcases Hivolt's expertise in coffee making. One of the most commendable aspects of Hivolt is the demeanor of its staff. Every visit is met with kindness and patience, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience. Their approachability and efficiency make each interaction pleasant, from ordering to enjoying your meal and drink. The ambiance of Hivolt is further elevated by its selection of music, which enhances the relaxed and friendly environment. This, combined with the café's ample seating and decently fast WiFi, makes it an ideal spot for those looking to work remotely or simply enjoy a leisurely coffee break. The space is designed thoughtfully, allowing for both productivity and relaxation. In conclusion, Hivolt Coffee offers an exceptional experience for coffee lovers and health food enthusiasts alike. “Cute little coffee shop with excellent coffee and service. I always make it a point to get at least one "Moxie" while in town visiting my family, and I am always greeted with a smile--no matter how busy they are. I highly recommend this place.“

“Came here for a late dinner on a Thursday night and the service was quick and friendly. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap for take-out and it came piping hot, with ingredients that were incredibly fresh and delicious! I was a little disappointed with the size of the wrap (very small), but I'd still come back here :)“

“As some with multiple, severe food restrictions, Lamara was a wonderful surprise. Almost everything is gluten-free, and I had numerous dairy free and mammal free options as well.Vegetarian options: So many options! Try the Spring Roll bowl!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten-free and have alpha-gal. Earing out is always challenging and often disappointing. It was wonderful to have so many options.Kid-friendliness: Open space, bright and airy.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open spaces and hallways.“

“First time in NOLA, had to hit up Cafe Du Monde for their beignets! It was packed around 5, but the wait was only like 20 mins (way better than I thought). Once we had a table, the service was lightning-fast, and our order was on the table in 10 minutes. Definitely a must-try!“

“Holy cow! This is my favorite meal in NOLA so far. The beignets had a filling that was perfect! The crab meat eggs Benedict and crab cakes were so darn good! This place cemented my positive feelings towards New Orleans. If you're in the area, you must try this. You won't regret it. The service was excellent and quick. Ambiance chill.“

Service stands heads and shoulders above others in the neighborhood and the coffee, espresso drinks and snacks are always fantastic. With at least three other very good coffee shops within walking distance Church Alley remains my family's consistent favorite.“

“The food taste great. What isn’t great is the price you pay for the meals when it doesn’t come with rice and beans. It’s considered a side item and you only get two. So not worth the price unless you have money to spend or it’s a special dinner. Picture on online ordering is misleading with the dinner plate. You think it’s already coming with the rice and or beans. Had my friend crying because she thought she was getting that with her meal for the amount she paid.“
