What a pleasant surprise to find the Ruby Slipper. The food was well prepared and delicious. The best part of the experience was our server, Tommie. She was knowledgeable about the food and how it was prepared. She helped us to narrow our choices so we ordered food that we would be satisfied with and enjoy. She was welcoming and attentive to our needs. Overall, Great experience!!!
The only thing this place is missing is a bed to nap on after brunch!! We had a very friendly server who made great recommendations! The Ruby Mimosa was yummy and I loved the splash of pomegranate. I would highly suggest trying the fried green tomatoes…. Definitely enough to share (or not, lol). The coating was very crispy and the combo of the bacon jam (a little sweet) and the pink sauce (a little spice) was a great surprise! We chose omelettes, grits and biscuits. THE FOOOOOD OMG!! y’all 10/10 for the food. so flavorful, quick, fresh, just oh em geeee!! Our server Tommi was SO fun and helpful and nice and sweet and just a 10/10 personality! I really recommend this place for breakfast/brunch. I got the sweet heat chicken and french toast bites… SOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!
