Absolutely horrendous customer service, or lack thereof. After joining the waitlist online, upon checking in with the hostess when we arrived we were told we weren't on the waitlist. Hostess then added us and checked us in to the waitlist. Or so we thought. 30 minutes later we returned to the Hostess, only to have another Hostess inform us we had not checked in. What?We finally get seated and no one, no one came to our table to take our order or even give us water. The staff wouldn't even look at us. We ended up walking out. To say this is a failure of customer service is an understatement.I strongly recommend people AVOID this location.

I don’t take my 11 month old out to eat often but they made it soo easy for us. They were quick in getting his food to us and even though I offered, they wouldn’t let us clean up after him. The buser even came over to interact with our kiddo. It was a really nice experience and made taking him out very enjoyable.

A real NOLA experience. You know it is good when the locals are also queueing to get a seat. The food is local and Creole and plentiful portions to satisfy the most hearty of appetites. The dishes are authentic and a must experience when you are in town. The dishes with fried green tomatoes are great and very Southern cuisine. Lots of food options, we will eat here.agian or in one other the other outlets

Excellent food, service, and hospitality... Mama D. Can cook it down like no one else in the District... try a flight of Mimosas... spot on before a day of travels around the city.

Ty was amazing. Such a sweet girl with amazing recommendations on what to enjoy while there. We love the Ruby Slipper. Thank you Ty for making my wife's and my morning. Wish we had a Ruby's Slipper in Eastern Washington! :)
