“Chose the Salad Sampler. Everything was delicious! The Cranberry salad, strawberries & cream, AND especially the Onion Soup! The staff is friendly. The place is charming. Had been 20 years since visiting since where I had lived didn't have this restaurant. It's STILL one of my favorites. Wasn't disappointed!“

“It was a very popular and busy place in a small town with cozy but tight seating inside and outside was spacious a good place to hang out if it not hot outside. But it was a wonderful experience and food was great so do coffee that we ordered, walk along the street is interesting too with local shops around this coffee house. It was a perfect break on our long drive worth taking a 5 mile detour from main highway.
Vegetarian options: There are couple of vegetarian option I would recommend one should try which are mushroom and pesto sauce based.
Parking: City Parking lot across the street is available which is free but it’s on the backside of the shopping lane.“

“We heard about Fat Spoon on WWL radio food show & people were raving about it…so we decided to check it out… Let me just say, they did not disappoint!!! We had Shrimp & Grits and Boudin Omelet…food had a lot of flavor…so great food, friendly staff, & clean…Will definitely be back & recommended to our friends…😊“
