“Me, my son, and my mom, went to Pardo’s today on Easter brunch for my son‘s Birthday. I read reviews, and Brianna was mentioned over and over again as an outstanding waitress, so we requested her. She was on top of her game for our entire experience! She was full of energy and made our experience fun with exceptional service! She made the table, extra special with napkins made of roses ? Little bunnies ? On top of the straws and even gave us an Easter card with a handwritten note inside!! The food was amazing. Everything she recommended was outstanding chefs kiss ?. “WOW! What a great place! It was packed, but you don't really care. They have some nice rocking chairs looking out over the lake to calm your nerves, if that doesn't work they also have 3 bars upstairs that you can "pick your poison" and chill. We got some drinks and hung out upstairs overlooking the beautiful lake and all the activities that were going on. I think our wait was over an hour, but it only seemed a short while as the view was spectacular and the conversation was great with other guests. Everyone is very friendly here. The staff was top notch and even recognized the regular customers, which I plan to be from now on. Let's get to the food... In a word - Outstanding! From the chargrilled oysters to the chili shrimp appetizers to the main course, all was well more than anticipated. The cheesecake dessert was out of this world, creamy with the best flavor I've ever had. Definitely give this place a try. You won't regret it.”

“This is the first restaurant we went to after moving here 3 weeks ago. Food was great, our waiter was awesome, and the atmosphere was very laid back. “Cafe Lynn is accessible, one story level, spacious, classic, warm, romantically charming even for lunch. It host a small bar area with a few tables and a dining room. Would suggest reservations if you plan on eating formally. The food is southern Louisiana style dressed up. As for myself, I met my husband here for lunch. I have no complaints. The facility is clean. It’s not over crowded. It warm and charming with 10 star service. ?”

“Great spot for consistently good Italian food. Portions are huge so you can definitely split a meal here. Very good local seafood dishes like fried soft shell crab (in season) and nightly fish specials. My favorite is their tomato cream sauce.”

“I got to say, for a place I found on my own because I happened to be in Mandeville area Saturday, this was a great place to stumble upon. It wasn't busy Saturday afternoon, but we had great service, the food was delicious and had a great conversation with the owner / chef once she was done with our food.We started with the fried tofu steaks and jalapeño poppers for appetizers. Then got the tempora shrimp and salmon roll, and spicy tuna rolls on the side. For entree we got the tempora meal and the Charashi dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend.”

“Better than the HWY 21 location but still baffled by the menu changes. Wings were the best as always, but the half slice I got my daughter was completely burnt underneath and the replacement piece was burnt in parts. The staff floats around looking bored and disillusioned and talking to anyone they just exude apathy. Totally kills the vibe.”

“Don's on the lake has a refreshed vibe thanks to owner and manager Kathy. It's a locals hangout with decent views of Lake Pontchatrain during the day. The back is open to the patio which makes it spacier and provides a breath of fresh air. Service is decent. They do not serve food. Drinks only.”

I removed 1 star because of price point.A single pepperoni pizza with added Italian sausage shouldn't cost $20 but we are living with bidenomics these days so everyone is capitalizing on it. So we got 2 pizzas for $40. I don't really care if it's firebrick cooked, or not, that's kind of insane. I can go get 2 ribeye steaks and all you can eat rolls at Roadhouse for that. And the tea will be sweet.Except for the price, we really enjoyed the pizza. They were out of root beer and the sweet tea isn't very sweet.Service was great and they were nice and attentive.The atmosphere was good as well.”

“Another Beautiful Day does not have the best atmosphere but they do have the cleanest options for on the go food healthy food in the Mandeville area. The cold turkey salad sandwich is premium. The establishment also sales bone broth. For a fifth star they have cute outdoor cafe style seating if your good with the Louisiana heat. Also Please note this place is practically Historic. Its been around for decades with generation after generation as loyal customers.”

“What a wonderful restaurant, and a wonderful night. We were here to celebrate a birthday, so many of us got the five course meal. Every single course was spectacular, the restaurant was beautiful, wouldn't change anything about the delicious food. The star of the evening, however, was Stephanie, our waitress. Bright, friendly, cheerful, and easily the best waitress I've ever had anywhere. She took what was already a really good experience and made it phenomenal.”
