“A friend and I went to Reginelli’s for the first time this evening. We do believe our order was either lost or never sent to the kitchen when tables around us that arrived after we did were getting their food. However, as soon as another waitress and another person working there (I don’t know if he was the owner or the manager) noticed what was happening they both went above and beyond to make it right. Our food was delicious and we will be back.“

“Stopped in at Coscino’s Italian Grill for lunch today and had the 4” Italian Sub, Caesar Salad and a drink for around $12. Everything was delicious! The house baked bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and tasted great. I asked for a side of house made red sauce to add to the sandwich and it was perfect! Looks like they recently did some renovations to the dining room and restrooms, very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to trying other sandwiches for lunch and coming back for their kids-eat-free night as well as the open mic night!“

“I have been to Newk’s twice already. Once for lunch and once for dinner. The food is delicious, the staff was professional, the dining room and bathroom were kept clean. I would highly recommend Newk’s!“

UPDATE: This was my review above from 2 years ago. This location is amazing now, and it is because of the female store manager (I believe her name is Melody, but please forgive me if I am wrong). She truly cares and is such a warm and genuine person. I come here because they make my food quickly, make it right, and they clearly care. This location is the best pizza location on the Northshore put of all of then. Pizza Hut truly is lucky to have her as she is an awesome person.“

“This place is amazing mostly due to their manager Mr. Allen and his staff. It is apparent that they all care, and take pride in their job. They are always friendly, and address me by name every time I come in. The Covington location could learn a lot from here as I always get what I pay for.“

“Customer service usually sucks everywhere, I got to say that from my personal experience, Pizza was given to us within 15 minutes there wasn't any line though. They were not smaily meaning they were busy you can tell when when workers are not happy about working in customer service field but I would say they were just busy.“
