On our way back to Nola from a wedding in Mississippi and stumbled upon this place along our route and oh my god we were so grateful. My partner got the alpha combo and the beef was to die for, I got the chicken pineapple fried rice. The detail and the flavors were out of this world even the lil spicy sauce the table was perfection. The server was also as sweet as can be. Absolutely delicious food with a large diversity of options on the menu. I got the aloha combo and it was easily the best meal of the month. Highly recommend.
Really, really good food and I mean it. Genuine short rib is hard to find in the area. Super nice people that work here, leave you alone most of the time. Food presentation was awesome and portions were large. 5/5 easy, only review I’ve ever given a place

Maui Hawaiian BBQ is a restaurant that serves really, really good food. The genuine short rib is hard to find in the area, and the food presentation is awesome with large portions. The owners are always there and treat you like family. The food is seasoned well and has good flavor all around, and the Hawaiian type drinks that are offered are nice as well. The food is so tasty and comes out quick. This is such a Mandeville gem. The restaurant serves authentic Hawaiian food in a nice little place with good service and really reasonable prices. It's not fancy, but they serve huge portions. The Huli Huli chicken and Moko Loco are just like we had on Oahu. The alpha combo and the chicken pineapple fried rice are also mentioned, and the beef was to die for.
