Five Guys offers excellent service, though a motion sensor light caused an uncomfortable pitch black situation in the bathroom. The food is mixed; the burger is good, but fries are often undercooked, limp, or not cooked all the way, with a stale bun. Small fries are plentiful—enough to refill a cup three times—yet many prefer a smaller, decent order. Peanuts are a popular side, and fresh makes a small fries order feel good. Overall, Five Guys is top three for many, but improvements are needed.
