This McDonald's does a decent job with order accuracy and speed.
One of the kiosks was down and there was a group of teens blocking the other as they goofed off with a few workers. None of the workers greeted or even Looked at us when we came in.
After placing the order I asked an employee if I could have no ice in my drink, the kiosk wouldn't let me go back to edit. He said sure and ran back to tell boh. I heard him do so. Of course there was ice anyway.

Best McDonald's around. I will drive past the others to go to this one. The manager does an amazing job at keeping this place clean and the food coming out quickly. The grease is always fresh and the food never disappoints.

McDonald's is a restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. The staff is polite, and the McDonald's app is user-friendly, providing real-time updates on order progress. However, there are some inconsistencies in the service. Customers have reported issues with orders, such as receiving the wrong coffee and being sent to the lot to wait for small orders like burgers and fries. Although orders may usually arrive quickly, this location seems to struggle with timely service. Despite these challenges, some customers have shared positive experiences, like receiving their orders correctly and even getting a free cookie. To improve, McDonald's should focus on synchronizing its app notifications with its actual service and ensuring that orders are accurate.
