“Quaint small restaurant, with a great sense of Italian style, shared a large italian salad so many good vegetables, and lots of salad. Then spilt a small abita shrimp pizza. Loved it highly recommend.”

“We very much enjoyed our visit here, we stopped in on a Tuesday late afternoon for a drink and a snack. It’s right next to the bike path and had a very friendly vibe. It had a great community feel with both indoor and outdoor seating. Our young waitress was friendly. They pipe music outside at an appropriate volume so it’s a nice place to be able to chat. “My mom and I had a lovely brunch at tandem. We split the avocado toast and the apple ricotta toast as well as an order of deviled eggs. We also had a limoncello spritz each. The proprietor delivered them to us herself and shared that the limoncello is made by her and is a labor of love. I LOVE limoncello and hers was delicious. Truly everything was delicious and we very much enjoyed the casual bright atmosphere. Perfect for a brunch or a stop in from a bike ride on the trace. Next time I may need to try the house-made pimento grilled cheese.”

“Went here last weekend and it did not disappoint. We got two of the roast beef's. One was a bun and one was a po-boy. They were toasted which was nice. Now I got a half and I think somebody got a 1 or 2 inches of my half, so it was a little small for me. But would not go back because of that,,,,no I am just going to order a whole because that is what I should have done from the beginning. This a good solid roast beef,,,,,,, beware it is messy. I wished I could give you a photo but it disappeared that quick.”

You see, humans go into restaurants in all types of moods and really you never know what you're gonna get on either side of the table. Consistency in attitude and happiness is important in this industry, even on really hard days. Liz has waited on us several times and she is absolute DisneyWorld. “This was my 1st time trying Main Squeeze and the experience was 100/10! Everything is fresh and Main Squeeze gives you more for your money. “A random Yelp search for good desserts in Covington led me here, and I will surely be back when I'm in Covington again. I came in to order a side and dessert to go, but the bartender Van was so charming that I decided to take and seat and eat my food at the bar. Based on my preferences he made me a delicious cucumber and strawberry mocktail with all the right mix-ins. The overall atmosphere was lovely and the bar is no less so. Definitely a good choice. Apparently, customers receive a complimentary meatball in marinara with a few slices of garlic bread. I decided that eating in the restaurant was the best idea at that point. Van was charming, as were his coworkers and one of the owners who checked in on me personally a few times. I ordered the crawfish macaroni, which was delicious but not to my preference in the end. He removed it from the bill and I ordered the crawfish-stuffed, twice-baked potato to go. At the end, I was delighted with the bananas foster bread pudding which was better than I had dreamed.”
