“Enjoyed a fantastic Lunch celebrating my birthday with my family. We had The Blackened Cod and The Shrimp and Steak Kabobs. We didn't even need knives for the fish. The Steak was cooked to perfection. Our Server Devan Saia was extremely professional and attentive. The experience was superb all tied together with amazing Bread Pudding for dessert!!!”

“Food and service is always great. Atmosphere depends on if the owner is in or not. If she’s there, horrible! She walks around looking for employees whom she deemed to be out of line and chastises them in front of the patrons. She never addresses the money paying patrons at all. Just walks around with a big frown. Once she left all the employees stopped walking on eggshells and things lightened up and this was 1-18-26 at approximately 3:00 pm.”

“Cherrybomb is probably my most frequented local business. I go about twice a week to take a break from my work from home routine. The thing about Cherrybomb is that no matter what you get the coffee/espresso flavor comes through even in a latte or flavored drink. I also want the staff to know I appreciate that they are consistent and friendly. I can see the culture is great there and it’s always a pleasure to stop in!”

“I tried this place right after it opened and didn’t love it so unfortunately, I waited many years to try it again. Yesterday, I had a to-go order and I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. The shredded chicken empanadas were cooked to perfection. Even as to-go, it was perfectly fried. The shredded beef tamales… amazing. They are doubled in size compared to other tamales and so flavorful. The shredded beef taco, great!! The homemade tortillas didn’t hold up well with to-go orders but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. I truly was so impressed with everything I got. I will certainly be back, many times over! ❤️”

“My husband and I found this lovely spot while camping at nearby Fairview Riverside State Park. When we both retired recently we decided to celebrate our retirements with a return trip to the area, which necessitates a return trip to Abita Roasting Co. We LOVE this little hidden gem…from friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful setting, and EXCELLENT food, we cannot recommend it highly enough!”

“The Anchor thoroughly impressed us. We were celebrating our daughters birthday and what a perfect choice she made. All of us were in agreeance that this was the best pizza in all of St. Tammany. My wife and I split a pizza with meatball, red onion, mushroom. I can't wait to return. The flavor was like a party in my mouth. In fact not just pizza, but the appetizer, focaccia with this most incredible green onion & garlic compote type sauce that you just couldn't get enough of. We also had the jalapeno poppers pizza, which was also delicious.The daiquiris were on point and get ya buzzing with the first one. The service was on point. The scenery is beautiful. Kids are able to play right outside the patio area. This is a win win for everyone, just a wonderful time waiting for you to arrive. We loved everything.”

The lady who helped me at the counter when I didn’t know anything gave me soup samples, and tea concoctions to see which ones I would enjoy the most and really was super friendly and took her time to explain everything. It was so hard to choose what soup to have since they were so good so I ordered one there and took some to go. What a wonderful experience and a delightful work staff.”

“Really nice trio of young men working in there this evening. Took my picky daughter in and they made her a custom smoothie she enjoyed. They had a few people in line and they rotated us through quickly and efficiently each doing a task and got us in out and fast. They were all super courteous. I asked 2 of them their names, Dominic and Mikey...not sure what the other name was.. he was blending another smoothie as when we were leaving. Just wanted to give a shout out to them all as they were all great. Job well done Smoothie King! We'll be back.”

“My daughter has wanted me to come for a while now and today was my first ever visit. I love that there were “secret cookies” my daughter didn’t know existed! So I got to surprise her and that was nice. I will say these cookies seemed underdone to me at first but it could just be that they’re meant to be soft. We bought a big pack and the young lady up front this morning was able to tell me every detail of what I was looking at when picking the cookies. She also had excellent customer service! It was just so nice overall and I will be coming back!”
