We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Pho Cong!
The pho with vegetables and tofu was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and comforting — served in a rich broth that didn’t feel heavy or greasy. And the tofu po’boy combo was next level. Everything was prepared perfectly, and you can really tell they care about the quality of what they’re serving.

Always love coming here when I can on this side of the lake. They remember me because I used to come here when I worked over on this side. 100% will always go here vs the other pho places

Pho Cong | Noodle & Grill is a favorite restaurant where every single thing from the menu is delicious. The pho broth is perfection, and the portion sizes are generous. The grilled pork chop plate with fried egg is a popular meal, and the Pho, Com Suon (grilled pork chop rice), and Bo Luc Lac are also hits. The beef cubes are large, tender, and full of flavor. The pho with vegetables and tofu is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and comforting, served in a rich broth that doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. The tofu po’boy combo is next level. Pork egg rolls are outstanding and spicy perfect, and the grilled pork sandwiches are "Dong Phong quality." The soda lemonade is very good. The restaurant is not very large, but it feels comfortable and welcoming with a great atmosphere like a hidden gem. Service is wonderful, quick, attentive, and polite. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and moderate. The restroom is clean.
