I don't normally recommend a place unless I really like it. I live in California, but visit family in this area as much as I can. I love authentic Louisiana flavor, and I make it a point to stop here on my trips.I find the staff is helpful and friendly in making recommendations and being patient. I must say I typically buy the same stuff every time I'm here; spicy jack boudin balls, smoked boudin sausage, and pork cracklins (they have chicken cracklins too). Stopped here on our way through Covington because the one by Lafayette was delicious. This time I got the bbq beef sandwich and as a Texan I tell you the truth, these people must put their foot in the BBQ sauce because that was the best damn bbq sandwich I ever had! And the cheesy Boudain balls... Ahhh.. so good!! Best place for road food for sure!!

Service and Food was very tasty. Stuffed Pepper Jack Boudin balls was good. Me being a person that loves to add grilled onions and barbecue sauce to my burger really enjoyed the service that was given to make sure it tasted just right. Thanks ?. Must come back.
