“One of our favorite breakfast places. I always get the Booya Biscuit and there is something for all our picky eaters. It’s delicious. I recommend going when it opens because it fills up fast. Our server Austin is the best! Highly recommended. 10 outta 10. 🥰“

“Exactly what a roadside bar should be. And they have live music on the weekends. Very friendly crowd of regulars. Bartenders are beautiful and attentive. No food service. But a retired Pharmacist comes by daily and drops off plates of cheese, pickles, meat(not sure what it was, but it was smokey and good) and crackers. Try the local Amber beer. Pretty good.“

“A wonderful dinner at Pats Rest Awhile this New Year's Eve! Fish dishes were hot and tasty, not sparing on the butter! Athena was our server, she was excellent and didn't rush us. We will be back!“

“Service was OUTSTANDING!! Staff were excellent . Friendly, cozy chic atmosphere and the food was beyond good. Exceeded my expectations. Lemon chicken pasta, steak , spinach artichoke dip, crawfish pasta all seasoned perfectly. Homemade chips were the perfect pairing with the dip. Kids burger with sweet potato fries were kid approved ! Will definitely be back. Don’t miss out on this cozy spot! Great for a date too“

“Listen, This Location Knows What They're Doing. The Patties On The Bacon Rancher Burger Were Perfectly Cooked, Seasoned, & Juicy! The Bun Was Soft & Buttery 😋 And The Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers Never Disappoint! The Loaded Street Corn & Loaded Mash Were Perfection As Well. Love Me Some Chili's. Only Deducted A Star Because The Side Salad I Had Was Disappointing.“

“It was raining. The breeze off the lake put a slight chill in the air. But the food the company and the $4 Bloody Mary more than made up for it. While they cant take credit for the company, Barley Oak certainly deserves credit for the food and the drinks.“
