“It's a neighborhood bar that has karaoke on Sunday evening from 4pm till 8pm on Sunday evening from 4pm till 8pm. The owners are very nice and they welcome you there. They treat you like family members.I have been going there for a long time and i used to work there years ago. I just live in Metairie and I don't have far to go there. The staff are very nice and can't say anything bad about them.“
“A great neighborhood bar, that I go to, when the mood strikes me, since I only have a drink or two, a few times a year. Very hospitable employees here. Super friendly. They go above and beyond, to make sure their patrons enjoy themselves. Vic, the owner of this bar, as well as Oscar's on Metairie Road, is a great guy, that has many years of experience in the bar scene. Both The Electric Cocktail, and Oscar's on Metairie Road, are first class establishments.“

“This is my new spot, kinda like this hole in the wall place. Everything is fresh and the service is super quick. The owner is respectful and he also remembers the diners names and the stories they share. When you come in, you’ll be greeted and you can sit anywhere you like, the sushi bar area, or at the booths. The table will already have a printed out version of the menu and a pencil near by to mark off your orders. The sushi chef works efficiently and cleanly. Any hibachi fried rice is so flavorful and my favorite special roll so far is the Mexican roll, it has spicy tuna and the special part is the torch searing some of the fish on top of the roll that gives it a smoky touch. My mouth is watering right now, anyways you should give this place a try.“

“I started going here due to a dart league I was engaged with. I like the ambiance, and the people there. They do have pool tables a shuffleboard table and four dart boards. “i’ve only been here twice so far and both were through the drive through but both times i got the strawberry daquiri and it was delicious. the taste was amazing and i’m almost positive it was made with real strawberries or at least some type of purée as it even had strawberry seeds in it. it’s such a treat! i haven’t tried their other flavors yet but i’m looking forward to it as my usual place is undergoing repairs. i wish i could see what liquors are in what flavors when i look at the drive thru menu but that’s just because i don’t like certain liquors. all in all wonderful place and the lady at the drive thru was very sweet as well“

“It is more of a bar because kids can't go in there but the food is absolutely delicious. Their filet mignon is delicious at a fair price with two sides. I did have the Chile and tots which I'm not really a big fan of because it tastes like the Hormel chili out of the can.“

“All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!! Hands down one of if not the best BBQ place I have ate at. I got the lg rib plate with the add on chicken wings and my husband got the 1/2 chicken and we shared to try it all and man when I say it was amazing it was amazing. The sweet potato casserole was so good. The green beans where just alright but the corn, macaroni and cheese and the baked beans were really and did I say really good. Thanks for not disappointing us we drove two hours to get there and will 100% be back sooner rather than later.“

“Wednesday Steak Night: the cook works miracles with the steaks, making up cheaper cuts with skill and ingredients. The potatoes and green beans are also seasoned well. “My husband's 60th Birthday party was held at The Max this past weekend! The new renovations inside look fantastic! Several of our guests commented on how great the venue looked and how clean it was! Thank you Bridget, Chris and Denise for helping us pull this together. The ease of set up, fantastic service and warm welcome to us and our guests made this event a huge hit! Our guests have been ringing our phones since Sunday morning commenting on what a fantastic night it was!! I will highly recommend this venue for any party, event, reunion or get together!“

“When we want a good burger, we go to Oscars! Great burgers and baked potato or sweet potato and a cold beer for a great dinner! Service Is great the ladies that work there are very friendly and the atmosphere is interesting, especially if you like Marilyn Monroe! Kind of a neighborhood bar so don’t expect the greatest atmosphere but it’s a fun place to have a burger.“
