Best bbq in Metairie and possibly as good as Blue Oak, but with lots of off-street parking. Saturday’s and Tuesday’s come for the smoked brisket and more. Rest of the week, come satisfy your bbq craving with all the other smoked meats and sides. Oh… all the sides are delicious! First timers today. We had the following:1. Brisket and Pulled Pork - both outstanding. Thicker cut brisket, just the way I prefer it. Wife loved her pork.2. Sides of Baked Beans and Potato Salad - tangy beans with some pepper, and potato salad, were both very good.3. Cornbread - thick cut with an excellent taste and texture.4.
