“I brought my son to the Metairie LA store today at approximately 7:30pm. This is the first time I had an awful experience. I could not even eat my food. I ordered a burger xtra lettuce xtra MOOYAH sauce grilled onions no pickles wheat bun. A family in front of me placed their to dine in and were given a number. A young lady fixed their food with gloves on her hands and brought it to the family and she takes the number from them with the SAME gloves on her hands and proceeds behind the counter to fix the next order. Sliding her gloved hands along the counter. She goes to the grill to work on the next order. She slides the patty off of the spatula on to the bun with the SAME gloved hands. She then puts the fries in the bag but a handful fell on the counter. She picks the fries up off the counter with the SAME gloved hands and puts them in the bag. Calls my name to tell me that my order is ready. I tell her that I do not want it please make my order over. I take it to go when I get home the order is completely wrong!!! I’m so hungry but upset!!! I’ll be calling them tomorrow.“

“We came here for dinner, we ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich, a chicken bacon ranch wrap and a catfish po’bo. They were all good and tasty. Good portions. Service was not good, the waitress was unfriendly and was not around and we needed her, I tried to be polite and friendly but her attitude was always the same. Sadly, we felt not welcome with her.“

“Food was beyond perfect. Service was excellent. Owner Ben is an amazing man with a great establishment and recipe, family owned and operated. I tried the Big Ben burger and was beyond satisfied. The chili fries were an amazing touch, and the Fries Sauce was fantastic on the monstrous burger. The bacon slices and patty meat were each grilled to perfection. The fries were the perfect balance of crispy, thin, and chewable; absolutely beyond fantastic on that part. The chicken nuggets were quality over quantity, which is something that is VERY important. We mentioned it was our first time there, and we were given a nice surprise: a paper boat full of their famous Funnel Cake Fries! These were absolutely delicious, and a very welcoming bonus for an already great first-impression of the restaurant. I would like to additionally add that sometimes food from a restaurant or takeout place will make me feel awful or that greasy-feeling inside your intestines after digestion. This place I still feel great after eating the food, and I don’t feel that awful after-effect. That’s how you know the food is made with LOVE and not all of the processed garbages that most would prefer to use. Ben’s stands out from the rest. I drove all the way from Houma, LA just to try the burger, and let me just say that the trip was BEYOND worth it. Ben’s Burgers are a true treat and a hole-in-the wall experience. “The app is provided to save customers time. I can order and pick up with reduced wait time. However this location does not allow ordering through the app. They have enough business. I don’t feel the purpose of the app is to increase business. It is to save customers time and provide a convenience. So either allow it or don’t have it.“

“Great spot, one of my absolute favorites in NOLA. Meghan is incredible and always takes good care of my group when I’m in! I also went for the first time on a Friday afternoon recently and found out that they make a special lemon garlic butter that they put on steaks and stuff, only available on Fridays. I ordered a tuna steak and they put that on there, oh my. Will definitely be back for lunch next time I’m in town.“

“Absolute LOVED Barcar! This locally owned spot has a well curated menu and a wide variety of beverages both alcohol
and mocktail!
The Steak Tartare and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice are some of our faves and the Timesaver was an inventive and delicious drink.
I liked that the Staff had great recommendations and the Manager made us feel really welcome and checked to make sure everything was good.
I have not made Happy Hour yet but def on my radar because it goes til 6pm and also Bingo Night looks like a good time to break up the work week monotony.“

“From the moment we walked in our server Yvonne greeted us warmly and told us about her aspirations ( she wants to open a hair business). From then she constantly made sure we were ok and was so sweet. THE BEST SERVER I HAVE EVER SAID 1000/10 would recommend. Thank you, Yvonne for our great IHOP experience!“

“Went in on 7/31 around 10 PM and the two gentleman behind the counter were fantastic. They were extremely busy and had an employee walk out, but the two of them still worked extremely hard and professionally to get everything out. Excellent customer service despite being drowned behind the line and everything came out great. They deserve acknowledgement from management for their outstanding commitment and job.“
